Built on a genuine Sistem 51 Slate in a 42mm case, the watch carries a glossy black dial with calligraphy artwork debossed into its surface, so the design is felt as much as it is seen. Hindi-Arabic hour markers in silver chrome frame the artwork and catch the light against the darker ground. The Black Mecca SM5 is a limited edition of 100 pieces, each made to order.
