Aladdin Abdeen drew his inspiration from the celestial allure of the moon, blending white, gold and grey to capture the ethereal essence of Earth’s satellite. Working within the challenge of such a compact canvas, he used acrylic colours infused with gold powder, giving the matte dial a soft, radiant gleam. With no numerals, the composition is free to fill the dial. This is a 1-of-1 art dial in a watch, accompanied by a certificate from the artist confirming it was authentically painted by him. For the collector who looks to the night sky for inspiration, it is a singular piece.
