Description
When a children’s cartoon channel first reached the Netherlands, its shows were broadcast only in English. Determined to follow every line, the young Remco learned whole episodes of one boy-genius cartoon by heart, and spoke American English before his first English lesson. This painting is his thank-you to the characters who taught him.
