Part of the Themeless Art Project, the glossy dial draws on the Levant, its beliefs and its legends. Hassan’s work narrates his questioning of death and the mortality of man, and examines other prevalent local rituals. This is a 1-of-1 art dial, and the purchase includes a certificate from the artist verifying that the dial was painted by his hand. For the collector who sees a watch as a canvas for meaning, this is a singular piece of art.
