The Art
Slawn’s work is defined by immediacy and raw expression. Built through layered spray paint, heavy line work, distorted caricatures, and bold graphic gestures, the artwork embraces imperfection as intent rather than accident. Each piece carries the urgency of its creation, prioritising instinct over refinement.
Recurring faces and figures form a visual rhythm across the work, exaggerated, fragmented, and emotionally charged. Humour, tension, and confrontation coexist, creating imagery that feels playful yet uncompromising.
