It Began With a Question
Every great house begins with a moment of restlessness. Ours began with a question the watch world seemed unwilling to ask.
Why should two collectors, each wearing one of the finest watches ever made, wear exactly the same thing?
We saw it again and again. The same reference. The same dial. The same quiet disappointment when a collector looked across the table and saw their own watch looking back. Luxury promised distinction, yet delivered uniformity.
Curiosity became obsession. Obsession became a craft. Long before Splendore Unique was established in 2015, we were imagining colours that did not exist, numerals that spoke other languages, stones and stories no catalogue would ever carry.
So we built the house that was missing. A house devoted to a single surface: the dial. The one place where a watch stops being a product and becomes a portrait of its owner.
The collectors who come to us already own the icons. What they want is a difference. We give them one.
